Practical stuff most bach rentals get wrong
- Parking for up to 60 cars. The whole group can drive themselves, with no shuttle coordination.

How many people can the cabin sleep for a bach weekend?
Serenity Woods sleeps 21 across 4 bedrooms and 11 beds. Groups from 8 to 21 have stayed. Larger groups get more energy from the game room and great room, smaller groups get more room across the 62 acres.
What does a typical bach weekend booking look like?
Most groups book the Friday and Saturday weekend bundle ($5,000 standard rate): check in Friday at 11 a.m., hike, cook and play in the game room on Saturday, a group dinner Saturday night, brunch Sunday and checkout Sunday at 3 p.m. Some groups book a single Saturday night ($3,000) and others extend to a long weekend.
Are parties and music allowed?
Parties are welcome. A sound system for indoor and outdoor use is provided for guests. No additional amplified music is allowed outdoors because of a town noise ordinance. The property is private, with no immediate neighbors, but the group must follow the house rules and the noise ordinance.
Is there a pool?
Yes, there is a pool on the property. Use of the pool and hot tub is at your own risk, children must be supervised, and the pool gate must stay latched. Ask us about availability for your dates.
Can we bring a private chef or DJ?
Yes. Many groups bring a private chef for a meal or two, and a DJ for Saturday night, set up indoors. Vendor insurance certificates are required before the event.
What about decorations and theme setups?
Bring what you like and take it down Sunday. Balloons, banners and photo backdrops are fine. Confetti, glitter, slime and similar hard-to-clean items are not allowed and fall under excessive-cleaning charges.
What is the booking process?
Send your target weekend and group size. We confirm availability and send a quote. A $2,000 non-refundable deposit holds the date and comes off your total, and the balance is due 30 days before your weekend.
