What it works out to per person
Rate only. With the $700 overnight cleaning fee it comes to about $264 each for a Saturday night at 14 guests, $407 each for Friday + Saturday at 14 guests and $271 each at 21 guests. A single Saturday night for 14 guests comes to $3,700 with the cleaning fee. The $2,000 security deposit is refundable.

How much does a stay cost?
Standard rates are $1,200 for a weekday overnight, $3,000 for a weekend night and $5,000 for Friday and Saturday. Cleaning fee ($350 day use, $700 overnight, $1,000 weddings and large events) and a $2,000 refundable security deposit are additional.
