- The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the stay.
- Pets are welcome.
- Hot tub maximum is 4 people. Children must be supervised near the hot tub and pool.
- A pool on the property is available by date, use at your own risk.
- No smoking or vaping indoors. Septic system: toilet paper only.

How much does a family reunion weekend cost?
The Friday and Saturday weekend bundle is $5,000 at the standard rate, a single weekend night is $3,000, and weekday overnights are $1,200. Cleaning fee ($350 day use, $700 overnight, $1,000 weddings and large events) and a $2,000 refundable security deposit are additional.
Is there a kitchen for big family meals?
Yes. A full kitchen with an island and cookware, bakeware and dinnerware for 12 or more guests. For bigger groups you can bring in a caterer.
